Ensure a common perspective on the decisions.

» Project charter
Describes the project’s arena, with project objectives, limits and other conditions, and how follow-ups will be done.
Gives the project manager’s mandate and ensures that the project manager and project sponsor agree.
The project charter can be used to order a phase or the entire project.
