Aims
The aim of this course is to give participants increased knowledge of project work and the important role they play in projects. Each project participant's understanding of, and enthusiasm for their task is of importance for the success of the entire project.
With knowledge of projects and how groups interact, participants are themselves able to influence the situation and contribute to an effective plan.
Active participation will make the project more interesting and commitment easier.
Format
This is an in-house event for our customers' personnel. It is workshop-based, consisting of short lectures, exercises, group discussions and time for afterthought.
