We’ve been focusing on applications of the project format since 1967 - more than 40 years of experience in the field. Over the years we have developed our own perspective on the opportunities the project format provides, and our methods of instruction have helped develop the method further.
Our consultants are continuously on hire to our customers, providing counsel and support when the customers want to enhance their ability to use the project format to achieve long-term goals.
Support for organizations
Our services are often focused both on individual projects and on the organization as a whole. Many times, before a project model is implemented, we need to “take the temperature” of the current project activities. We must also often develop methods of handling a project portfolio and developing skills in various roles to ensure good interaction in project work. A common language, good communication and clear roles are necessities for this.

Support for individual projects
When we assist with individual projects, we may participate in a key project start or perform a project review from a neutral outsider perspective. We might also perform a risk analysis, develop project communication, provide personal support to a project manager, or assist a project team that wants to improve its cooperation skills.
Process management and facilitation
In addition to the above consultant services, it is also becoming increasingly common that our senior consultants are hired as facilitators in a range of project situations. A facilitator heads a group or a meeting and ensures that the group’s skills are fully used and that the process allows for brainstorming and joint decisions.
