We put a lot of energy into helping advance development in the project field, in an international perspective as well. We invest much time and money into continuously developing our training material, which currently is probably unparalleled in the market.
Collaboration with universities and colleges is a natural part of our efforts to develop project skills, as is our participation in international forums in the project world such as PMI and IPMA.

Project models and working methods
We develop, tailor and implement project models and working methods in all industries and for all types of organizations. Where suitable, we specially develop and tailor methods based on our experiences from hundreds of custom models that have been implemented over the years.

Advice and support
Another major part of our activities is supporting project sponsors, top management and project managers. For guidance and active support during project starts, risk analyses and project reviews, we have proven methods that we adapt to the current projects.

Open training
Our open courses bring together participants from all project environments with experiences from different types of projects. We always work with the participants’ actual projects in our courses. The dynamics between backgrounds, personalities and projects create many new perspectives, ideas and thoughts on the participants’ own work. Each year, we arrange some 80 open project training courses throughout Sweden.

Tailored training
Our experience is that the closer to real life courses are, the greater the likelihood is that the learned skills will be put to use. The majority of our training courses are performed internally at our customers’ locations, and are based on the organization’s specific learning needs in the project field.
