Activity roles

There are just two obvious roles in connection with activities: the person responsible for the activity and the orderer of the activity.

The person responsible for the activity is usually the one appointed to carry out the work. The orderer of the activity is usually the closest concerned line manager and has the responsibility to secure the activity results.

These roles are temporary and used for the duration of the activity only.
