Open training
In our open courses, participants from all project environments with experiences from different types of projects get together. We always work with the participants’ actual projects in our courses. The dynamics between backgrounds, personalities and projects create many new perspectives, ideas and thoughts on the participants’ own work.
Each year, we arrange some 80 open project training courses in seven towns throughout Sweden.
Tailored training
Our experience is that the closer to real life courses are, the greater the likelihood is that the learned skills will be put to use. The majority of our training courses are performed internally at our customers’ locations, and are based on the organization’s specific learning needs in the project field.
Important carryover
Our consultants are also our course leaders. All have been with us for over five years, many more than ten. And all of them alternate between teaching and consulting in everyday hands-on work, keeping their knowledge fresh. This carryover from practice to instruction is the best guarantee of steady, high quality. And that’s good for our course participants.
