Founded in 1997, Fenix is a center for management research, which aims to integrate research from multiple academic disciplines with the business sector and its constant need for practical research. Fenix pursues research into how complexity, renewal and change are managed in companies with intensive research and development. In 2004, Wenell Management and Fenix started to perform research programs for the first time in Arena Projekt - a creative meeting place for people actively pursuing projects, as well as researchers and consultants. Arena Projekt is a recurring event.

For 30 years, this society has worked to enhance and develop the role of project activities in companies and organizations. The association serves as a meeting point for exchange of experience between people in charge of or working in projects. It publishes a magazine for members, arranges seminars and symposiums and more.

» Fair Enterprise Network
Meetings between people are important. Last year, we entered a new partnership with a group of companies in Nepal by the name Fair Enterprise Network. They build up socially responsible companies to contribute to a sustainable development and clean environment in Kathmandu. By creating employment and income on the spot, Nepalese parents are indirectly given opportunities to let their children attend schools. At the same time, the recycling work that Fair Enterprise Network carries out has a positive effect on the Nepalese environment.
Together we can help to create better conditions for people who want to change their lives in one of the world’s poorest areas. It is our ambition to widen this cooperation in the future by using each other’s unique possibilities and combine them to obtain genuine results that make real difference to people.
