Project models

Project models give involved personnel a common framework for their work and facilitate communication and decision-making. In order to give the guidance wished for they must be continuously developed and renewed, along with changes of method, process and other parameters.

A major portion of our consultancy business is aimed at developing, implementing and refining our customers' project models. This work is done in close cooperation, where great importance is attached to adapting ways of working, forms of organization and methodology to meet customers' real needs and to attaining effective interaction between the different parts.
