This work is aimed at creating and concretizing ideas and an initial description of expected results and effects.

Some important steps:

Develop, document and compile concepts
Make rough estimates of need for competence and resources as well as time required for realization
Rate the concepts (benefit in relation to resource requirements and risks)
Select the concepts to work further with
Give feedback to the originators of the concepts.
