Realization phase and closure phase

This is the phase when the actual work is done. The ideas from the start phase are now put into practice.

Some important steps:

Realize the work!
Make sure that resources reserved for the job are present and are carrying out their work
Make necessary corrections
Deliver the results and obtain approval from the closest concerned line manager
Transfer responsibilities to closest concerned line manager
Document deviations, if any, and major lessons learned
