Personal background
Helena is educated in the behavioral branch of science and has worked as a project manager for the Swedish Olympic Committee (SOC) during the latest nine years. At SOC, Helena has been responsible for several different projects; such as: one concerning career-coaching for élite athletes; the Swedish participation in the Olympic Games for youths; and an educational package for élite athletes.

Helena has been a member of the management team of SOC for three Olympic Games and before and during the Games in Beijing she was responsible for the dress program for the Swedish team and SOC’s guest program.

Helena herself has also been an active female fencing athlete. Her most prominent records are gold medals in Swedish and Nordic Championships as well as a bronze medal in the World Championship. Helena competed actively at the Games in Atlanta 1996.

Aim and direction
Training and coaching project team members and managers both at open and tailored courses are Helena’s main tasks at Wenell. She helps the participants to develop their everyday life in projects by providing them with a toolbox consisting of models, guidelines and tips, enabling them to plan, run, lead and follow-up projects with good quality and outcome as results.

She benefits by and is burning with zest to pass on knowledge and experience picked up during her years in sports in order to improve project management at our customers.
